    The massive success you see in the Eat Like A Bear! community is attributable to two key factors: Our main eating framework (the RBS framework) is completely on-point nutritionally for weight loss and weight maintenance. It is a highly-nutritious approach, a point that is hard to miss as you see the vibrant health of people in their transformations.
